Capital Cladding was appointed as the specialist cladding contractor for Holland Park Gate, a super-prime residential development by Lodha comprising over 70 luxury apartments on Kensington High Street.
Our scope included the supply and installation of Pigmento Grey metal rainscreen cladding, featuring a distinctive diamond-pattern arrangement that complements the building’s contemporary design and bronze-finished window systems.
Working from mobile elevated platforms on this prominent central London site, our teams delivered precision installation across multiple elevations with complex geometry, ensuring seamless integration with balconies, terraces, and glazing systems.
The completed facade contributes to Holland Park Gate’s position as one of London’s most desirable residential addresses, delivered on programme and to the exacting quality standards expected of a development of this calibre.
