The project includes the demolition of the existing buildings and the construction of a four-storey Mikvah – a much-needed facility for the local community.

The building will extend from a habitable basement to three levels over ground including a plant room at second floor level. Once complete, the building will be fitted out with 44 private bathrooms and six Mikvah pools evenly distributed between the three lower floors.
