The 92 Middlesex Street project forms part of the redevelopment of a historic building in central London, transforming it into a modern aparthotel.

Located near Liverpool Street Station and the iconic Petticoat Lane market, this project involved the refurbishment of an existing masonry structure alongside the addition of two new upper floors. The design incorporates distinctive zinc-clad faceted roof forms and carefully considered external finishes to create a contemporary yet contextually sensitive façade. The work included the installation of striking metal cladding elements that enhance the building’s architectural identity while respecting the surrounding conservation area. Our cladding installation contributes to both the visual character and long-term performance of the building envelope, delivering a durable and precise finish suited to a high-profile hospitality development in the heart of London.
